Puppy Application

Thank you for your interest in our program.
Our Puppy Application process requires an application to be submitted, followed by a phone interview. Once we have received your application, we will contact you to arrange a time for a phone interview.
Pending the outcome of the phone interview, a Non-refundable $1000 deposit is required to be added to the waitlist. The final balance of $2900 will be due when puppy selections are done at approximately 7 weeks of age. Puppy go home dates are scheduled for 8 weeks of age.

Please be sure that you are ready and prepared to be on the list for a puppy. Names will be added to the list in order of when the deposit is received. Once on the list, if a litter is passed on, the deposit is transferable for up to 2 litters. If no puppy is selected after the 2 additional litters, your name will be removed from the list.

Once you have submitted and application, please allow us 72 hours to respond. If you do not hear from us within 72 hours, please contact us at heartlandsheepadoodles@gmail.com
